Nairn Citizens Advice Bureau – Annual Report 2025 Summary

Nairn Citizens Advice Bureau (NCAB) continues to provide free, confidential, independent and impartial advice to people across Nairnshire. Now in its 30th year, the bureau has seen rising demand for support as the cost‑of‑living crisis, housing pressures and welfare system delays continue to affect local residents.

Over the past year, NCAB helped 1,611 people, securing £1.78 million in financial gains for clients through successful benefits claims, debt solutions and targeted advice. Volunteers contributed over 8,600 hours, forming the backbone of the organisation.
